Collection and classification of applicants' résumés.
Technical assessment of shortlisted candidates.
Psychological testing of candidates based on the technical assessment. This is made through projective techniques and considers aspects such as structure and dynamics of the responsibilities of the position - temper, intelligence, potential, ability to adapt to the social environment, satisfaction, culture, emotional control abilities, company identification abilities, personal behavior and professional ethics, change motivation and stability.
Selection of applicants that according to our assessment are suitable candidates to fill the position.
The proposed candidates will have to undergo a review of their credit report by a specialized company.
Delivery of a report on the results of the selection process.
